A backpack or a hip pack are handy to have to carry extra items like your cell phone, spare water, a lightweight jacket, sunscreen, extra snacks. It’s not needed but it’s a good idea to carry a spare tube, pump, multi-tool and tire levers just in case. We will have bug spray at each stage but you might want to pack your own. It will be very buggy at the top.

We will have a team of first aiders out on course to take care of you if needed. You should be riding within your limits and we 100% encourage you to walk any sections of trail you are not comfortable with. That said, we know accidents can happen.
